In celebration of Earth Day 2022, Climate Kids Mexico Project Manager, Anna Lucia Lopez Avedoy, led in the organizing of an event titled “One Single Earth” with the children of EUNIME, a home for children and youth affected by HIV/AIDS in Tijuana, Mexico.
In celebration of Earth Day 2022, Climate Kids Mexico Project Manager, Anna Lucia Lopez Avedoy, organized and led an event titled “One Single Earth” with the children of EUNIME, a home for children and youth affected by HIV/AIDS in Tijuana, Mexico. The group led a nature walk with the children, where they also got to learn about climate change and native plants such as chaparral and coastal sage scrub along the Coronel hike.

Para festejar el día de la tierra del 2022, la Líder de Proyectos de Climate Kids México, Anna Lucia Lopez Avedoy, ayuda en la organización del evento “Una sola Tierra” para los niñes de EUNIME AC, una casa hogar en Tijuana para niñes y jóvenes afectados por el VIH/SIDA. El grupo participó en una caminata en la naturaleza, y además de caminar tuvieron la oportunidad de aprender un poco sobre el cambio climático y las plantas de chaparral y matorral costero del sendero del Coronel.
