At this year’s Expo Ambiente, Climate Kids-Mexico student ambassadors led interactive workshops and a “Pasarela” fashion show, reaching thousands of students throughout the two-day event.

At this year’s Expo Ambiente, Climate Kids-Mexico (CKM) student ambassadors led two interactive workshops and a “Pasarela” fashion show, reaching 8,170 students throughout the two-day event and winning 1st place at the EXPO for their powerful and engaging workshops.

The 24th annual Expo Ambiente, organized by the Secretariat of Environmental Protection (SPA), was held on October 3-4 at the El Trompo Museum in Baja California and invited the community to participate in environmental education and natural habitat care activities. CKM ambassadors led four workshops divided into two modules: Climate Science and the Biodiversity of Baja California.

The Alliance is grateful to all our partners in Mexico and the CKM student ambassadors who are leading the way in their community!

Climate Kids - Mexico is a collaborative partnership in Tijuana and Northern Baja focused on community-driven outreach, workshops, and environmental stewardship activities led by trained high school ambassadors.
